•  If your total capital or account balance does not reach ₦500,000 by the end of the financial year, you will still be eligible for a return on your investment. However:
  • You will receive a 10% return on your capital instead of the 20%.

Note: You can continue to grow your capital and aim to meet the ₦500,000 threshold in the following financial year to enjoy the higher return rate.

• If you’ve made a payment but your registration was unsuccessful:
  1. Verify that the payment was processed by checking your bank statement or payment confirmation email.
  2. If the payment was deducted but you were unable to complete the registration, please contact our support team with the following details:
     • Payment reference number
     • Date and time of payment
     • Your email or phone number used during registration
  3. Our team will investigate and either complete your registration manually or issue a refund if necessary.
